The Challenge
Anointed Worship Center's teaching content, media files, and member resources lived across Google Drive folders, WhatsApp groups, and email threads. New members didn't know where to look. Leaders spent time re-sharing the same links. There was no single, secure place for the congregation to access everything the church had built.
They needed a private platform — not a public website page — that felt professional, was easy to navigate on mobile, and could grow as their media library expanded.
Our Approach
We started with a discovery session mapping every resource type AWC wanted to host: sermon archives, event media, study materials, and announcements. From there we designed an information architecture around how members actually search — by series, topic, and date — not how files were stored internally.

What Changed After Launch
Members now access sermons, media, and resources from a single hub instead of hunting through drives and chat threads. Leadership no longer re-shares the same links every week — AWC Vault became the default entry point for the congregation's digital content. The platform is available around the clock on mobile, which matters for members who engage outside of Sunday services.
